Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per day schedule
• No weekend shifts required
• No call responsibilities
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Patient ratio of 8 patients
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Required certifications: ARDMS, ARDMS RDCS AE, BLS (AHA only accepted)
• Perform 2D Echo, 3D Echo, Color Doppler, Diastology, M-Mode, and routine echocardiography studies
• Perform Bubble Studies, LV Strain/LV Volume, Simpson's Rule, and Proximal Isovelocity Surface Area procedures
• Conduct Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE), Treadmill Stress Echo, and Pharmacologic Stress Echo
• Perform Right Ventricular Inflow Tract (RVIT) and Right Ventricular Outflow Tract (RVOT) studies
• Conduct portable studies and procedures on patients in ICU/ED settings
• Work with Philips equipment and imaging with contrast agents
• Treat adult and geriatric patient populations
• Experience in adult acute care and adult outpatient settings required
• Must be willing to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius if needed
• Active PA or Compact license required
