Med Surg RN Job in Harlingen, TX

Join Valley Baptist MC - Harlingen as a Med Surg RN on a 91-day travel assignment. You'll work three 12-hour day shifts per week from 07:00 to 19:30, earning $1,866.24 weekly. Assignment begins March 30, 2026.

Your responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on each shift
• Provide supervision of delegated clinical staff to ensure appropriate care delivery
• Support facility nursing leadership in maintaining high-quality, safe nursing practices
• Monitor and ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
