PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in skilled nursing and long-term care setting
• Perform evaluative and therapeutic procedures under physician orders
• Evaluate and treat patients per department protocols
• Establish therapeutic plan of care including long and short-term goals
• Partner with patients and healthcare providers to maximize patient functional abilities and independence
• Observe precautions, indications, and contraindications for all treatments
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's or Doctorate preferred
• Licensed as Physical Therapist in the State of Maine required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Must be responsible, supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in high-stress situations
• Must speak, read, write, and understand written instructions in English
• Up to 16 hours of unpaid orientation required
• Must reside outside of 50-mile radius
• Candidates with licensure hits will not be considered
