PCU Registered Nurse Job in Clinton, MD

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts (0700-1930 & 1900-0730)
• 3x12 schedule with every other weekend required
• 6 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) required in a six-week period
• Patient ratio of 4:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Float to ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical Surgical units as needed
• 2 years of nursing experience required within the last 7 years
• Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment
• ICU experience required
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Must successfully pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, neuro, respiratory, and GI/GU diagnoses
• Work with ventilators, tracheostomies, IV non-titratable drips, HFNC, and dialysis equipment
• No RTO permitted during first two weeks of assignment
• Maximum 7 days RTO per 13-week contract
