RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 4 shifts per week on 9-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Approximately 15 call shifts every 6 weeks
• Weeknight call approximately 10 times per month
• Weekend call required on a rotating schedule covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday approximately every 3rd weekend
• Holiday call is required and shared among staff - 1 major summer and 1 major winter holiday
• Call response time required within 30 minutes
• Circulate and monitor cases in the Cath Lab including pre and post procedure care
• Conduct pre and post procedure patient calls
• Work in a 2-suite combined Cath and IR lab averaging 4 cases per day
• Common patient diagnoses include STEMI, NSTEMI, pacemakers, and IR patients
• Cath Lab experience is required; IR experience or willingness to learn is preferred
• Utilize Epic, MacLab, and Siemens equipment
• Scrubs/blues are provided
• Float within Zone 3 facilities in cases of extreme need
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• Must be located within 60 miles of facility; driver's license must be submitted
• BSN not required; Colorado nursing license required
