Med Surg RN Job in Hendersonville, TN

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the medical-surgical unit at Hendersonville Medical Center. This is a travel nursing position with a 91-day assignment beginning June 1, 2026.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Medical-Surgical Nursing
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Cost Center: 623
• Weekly compensation: $2,102.40
• 1–2 positions available

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the medical-surgical unit
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning
• Follow established protocols and safety procedures

As an RN, you will be an essential member of the care team, working alongside physicians, specialists, and support staff to deliver quality nursing care. You will assess patient needs, respond to changes in condition, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team. Your documentation and attention to detail will directly support continuity of care and patient safety.
