Occupational Therapist Job in Scottsdale, AZ

You will work as an occupational therapist at Sante of North Scottsdale, a skilled nursing facility. This is a full-time position running for 13 weeks, beginning June 4, 2026.

Position Details

• Day shift schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 8-hour shifts with guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Weekly pay: $2,277.60

Your Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation therapy services to skilled nursing facility residents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
• Respond promptly to patient needs and clinical changes

You will be part of a team focused on helping residents regain independence and function in their daily lives. Your role involves assessing patient capabilities, planning therapeutic interventions, and measuring outcomes to ensure effective care delivery.

This position requires immediate availability and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will work directly with nursing staff, physicians, and other therapists to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
