Interventional Radiology Technologist Job in Syracuse, NY

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment at SUNY Upstate University Hospital - Downtown Campus in Syracuse, NY. This is a full-time position running Monday through Friday daytime hours with on-call requirements.

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: June 1, 2026
• Shift: 5x8 Days
• Weekly pay: $4,435.20

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform radiographic examinations under the direction of departmental radiologists
• Greet patients and explain examination procedures in a clear, professional manner
• Position patients and set proper exposure factors to obtain quality radiographs
• Operate imaging equipment efficiently and effectively to obtain quality diagnostic studies
• Practice appropriate radiation safety and protection protocols at all times
• Process films and input information into the Radiology Information System for documentation and billing purposes
• Report equipment malfunctions to your immediate supervisor
• Follow all department procedures and protocols as defined in the Policy and Procedure Manual

Required Qualifications:

• A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
• New York State license/registration as a Radiologic Technologist
• Minimum one year of CT/MRI experience as a radiologic technologist
• Successful completion of pre-employment health clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cath lab or Interventional Radiology experience
