OT - Therapy Rehab Acute Care

Job Details:

• Work 5 x 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Schedule options: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs for patients with disabilities or developmental delays
• Help build or restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills for general independence
• Work with patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Weekend patient ratio of 1:1
• Must have California OT License
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification required
• 2 years of recent relevant acute care experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• Complete orientation modules through e-learning (1-5 hours average)
• 7-year work history verification required
• Must meet 50-mile travel requirement
