PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 4 days per week in outpatient clinic and 1 day per week in acute care
• 16 hours guaranteed per week
• Overtime billable after 40 hours per week
• Opportunity for optional weekend acute care shifts (Saturday 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM and Sunday 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
• Weekend on-call for orthopedic, neurological, and safety discharge patients
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Work with interdisciplinary team to provide professional clinical knowledge and patient care management
• Weekly orientation schedule every Monday
• Must have at least 1 year of previous PT experience
• Outpatient experience required; inpatient experience preferred
• Travel contract experience preferred
• EPIC EMR system experience required
• BLS certification required
• Iowa state license required
• Must have taxable address more than 60 miles from facility
