CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>CT Technologist - CT Tech</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work Friday-Sunday 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, transitioning to Monday-Thursday 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM (4/10 schedule)<br>• Mix of 10-hour and 12-hour shifts for both days and nights<br>• Perform all routine CT exams for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients<br>• Conduct cardiac CT, biopsy/drain procedures, and cryo/microwave ablations<br>• Must be able to perform trauma CT scans<br>• Occasionally float to X-ray to perform ED/inpatient/outpatient X-ray procedures<br>• Work with 3 CT scanners performing 65-70 scans in a 24-hour period<br>• IV skills required for working with outpatient procedures<br>• Optional call with 45-minute response time<br>• Weekend requirement depends on shift assignment - may be every weekend or every other weekend<br>• Holiday work required if scheduled day falls on holiday<br>• Schedule posted at least 2 weeks in advance<br>• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT RT (R), ARRT (CT)<br>• Washington state license required for submission<br>• Radiation badge required prior to starting assignment<br>• Use EPIC EMR system and SECTRA PACS<br>• Work with GE REV CT and GE REV HD equipment<br>• Any color professional scrubs acceptable<br>• First three days include department orientation<br>• Phone interview with unit manager required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This acute care medical center features a comprehensive radiology department with advanced CT imaging capabilities. The facility operates 24/7 with radiologists on-site around the clock and maintains three state-of-the-art CT scanners to serve inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients.
