Physical Therapist Assistant in Dillon, SC

You will work as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the outpatient setting at McLeod Medical Center–Dillon. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning June 7, 2026, with a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You will earn $2,044 per week.

Your responsibilities include:

• Administer physical therapy treatment plans to alleviate pain, restore function, and prevent disabilities
• Implement treatments tailored to patient learning styles and therapeutic needs
• Provide therapeutic interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, and developmental impairments
• Document patient progress with measurable and functional goals
• Maintain patient records according to hospital policy, including progress notes, treatment notes, charges, and discharge summaries
• Meet regularly with the Physical Therapist to discuss patient care and establish treatment goals
• Communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary medical team regarding treatment and patient progress
• Participate in professional development, including competency training and mentoring new hires
• Maintain continuing education units (CEUs) required for South Carolina licensure
• Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly work environment

Requirements: You must hold an active South Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant license and current BLS-AHA certification.
