Physical Therapist Job in Columbia, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for an 89-day travel assignment at DPTI-Columbia, SC, beginning May 11, 2026. You'll work five 8-hour shifts per week on the day shift, with a weekly pay rate of $1,911.14.

Role Overview

You'll provide physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting, managing a patient caseload of 12–14 patients per day. The position includes a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, with follow-up visit double-booking as part of standard operations.

Scheduling and Hours

• 36 hours guaranteed per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours
• Overtime requires director approval before additional hours are worked
• Float assignments to neighboring clinics as needed

Candidate Requirements and Experience
