Respiratory Therapist Job in Bradenton, FL

HCA Florida Blake Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment. You'll work the night shift (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) on a 3x12 schedule at this 383-bed Level II Trauma Center.

Your Role

You'll provide respiratory care across the facility, working with a range of equipment including Servo I ventilators, GE systems, V60, Airvo, and Vapotherm devices. You'll document and communicate using the Meditech EMR system and collaborate with the clinical team to support patient outcomes.

Schedule & Expectations

• Night shift: 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., three 12-hour shifts per week
• Rotation includes every other weekend and holidays in accordance with facility policy
• Grey scrubs required per dress code
• Designated parking available in the garage at 2102 61st St. W, Bradenton, FL 34209

Requirements

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• NRP or STABLE certification required
• ICU experience preferred
• 2 or more years of respiratory therapy experience preferred
• Meditech experience preferred

Assignment Details

Start date is April 8, 2026. This is a 91-day assignment with weekly pay of $1,576.80. You'll be working within a trauma center setting, gaining experience with acutely ill patients and specialized respiratory equipment.
