CT Technologist Job in Mount Clemens, MI

McLaren Macomb is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 15, 2026. You will work the night shift on a 3x12 schedule with an every-other-weekend rotation and possible on-call responsibilities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and participate in all computerized tomography scanning procedures
• Set up, monitor, and operate complex CT equipment for diagnostic imaging
• Transfer and position patients using accepted safety standards and proper lifting techniques
• Apply immobilization devices as needed
• Obtain vital patient information including known allergies and relevant medical history
• Prepare and administer intravenous contrast media when appropriate
• Capture, develop, and maintain images for patient records
• Organize daily patient schedules in cooperation with work-room staff
• Monitor image quality and maintain departmental guidelines
• Perform daily equipment calibration and quality control checks
• Manage electronic and digital image capture, storage, transfer, and copying
• Monitor patients for allergic reactions and provide basic CPR as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment and inventory levels
• Assist radiologists and physician specialists in specialized radiological procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of CT experience
• Philips equipment experience required
• Current BLS and ARRT certifications
• Travel experience preferred
• Skills checklist completion within one year of application preferred
