Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Located on the 7 North-Spine unit (Floor 8 Tower, Main Building)
• Unit maintains 18-20 beds with a patient ratio of 6:1 with LPN support
• Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 3 nurses, 1 LPN, and 1-2 PCTs
• Work with equipment including Hoyer lifts, air mattresses, wound vacs, and PCA pumps
• EMR system: Meditech
• Perform wound and dressing care on post-operative burn and flap patients
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital Med/Surg experience required
• BLS certification required
• Burn care experience preferred
• Wound care and ostomy care experience preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
