Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• Work 10.5-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Scheduled call required at night and on weekends
• Facility is open 7 days per week
• 13-week assignment
• Perform echocardiography and ultrasound testing on patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric
• Work with high acuity cardiac patients undergoing ultrasound-based diagnostic testing
• Exposure to body fluids and blood is present; ability to work in a stat, high-stress environment required
• Minimum 2 years of experience or accredited coursework in echocardiography required
• Must maintain a current registry or certification in Adult Echo
• Must maintain a current registry or certification in vascular ultrasound
• Must be working toward attaining registries in all accredited areas
• Required certifications: ARDMS or ARRT, BLS
• Must follow assigned unit dress code and present a professional image
• Team player with flexible attitude preferred
