ICU RN Job in Dubuque, IA

You will work as an RN in the Intensive Care Unit at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center in Dubuque, IA. This is a 90-day travel assignment starting July 20, 2025, with a schedule of three 12-hour night shifts per week. You will earn $2,265.12 weekly.

In this role, you will provide direct care to critically ill patients with serious and life-threatening conditions. Your responsibilities include:

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians
• Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment used in critical care settings
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support throughout the care process

This position requires an every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday schedule. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced critical care environment. Your clinical judgment, technical skills, and ability to work collaboratively will be essential to success in this assignment.
