Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Steubenville, OH

You will provide direct nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab at Southwest — UPMC Trinity. This is a 90-day travel assignment on a day shift schedule, working 5 days per week at 8 hours per day. Your weekly pay is $3,251.

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care through independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Manage patient care activities using a holistic and relationship-based approach
• Formulate daily goals and plans of care with the patient as an active partner
• Apply critical thinking to identify clinical, social, safety, psychological, and spiritual issues during each episode of care
• Actively participate in department or unit-specific quality improvement initiatives
• Utilize research and evidence-based practice to support continuous improvement in clinical outcomes
• Demonstrate knowledge of adult learning principles and provide detailed patient and family education
• Maintain productive working relationships with internal and external partners and communicate safety hazards to peers and management

Requirements:

• RN license (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
