Telemetry RN Job in Lebanon, Indiana

Witham Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Telemetry unit in Lebanon, IN. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 22, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 3x12 night shifts: 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekly pay: $1,814.40
• Minimum 3 weekends required in each 6-week period
• Maximum 5 days of requested time off allowed per cycle

Role Responsibilities

• Primary nursing care for telemetry patients on night shift
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Vital signs monitoring and phlebotomy
• Care for diverse diagnoses including cardiac, respiratory, surgical, and pediatric cases
• Charting via Meditech system
• 12-hour orientation provided
• Complete up to 8 hours of online modules within first week

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Telemetry experience required; Med/Surg experience preferred
• Comfort working with pediatric populations
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (PALS required before start date), NIHSS

Additional Details

• Eligible for float to other units based on hospital needs
• Call-in expectation: you must pick up another shift to make up for any call-ins
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed; holiday workers must work 1 of 3 holidays if RTO falls during holiday period
• Any color scrubs acceptable with professional appearance
