ICU Registered Nurse Job in Fort Myers, FL

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers, Florida. This is a 92-day travel assignment beginning January 8, 2027.

Shift and Schedule

• 3 shifts of 12 hours each per week (nights)
• 36-hour work week
• All time off must be submitted at the time of assignment submission; requests will not be approved after submission

Clinical Details

• Trauma ICU position
• Patient ratio: 2:1
• Required experience: 2 years in Trauma ICU
• EMR: Epic
• Medications and drips: Cardizem, Heparin, Lasix, Amiodarone, Cardene, Cleviprex, Levophed, Insulin, Dopamine, and Nitro

Requirements and Expectations

• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Degree accreditation on profile or 5 years of clinical experience
• Floating required to sister campuses; travelers are first to float
• You will function as core staff
• Prior travel experience preferred

Compensation

• Weekly pay: $2,272

You will be part of a specialized trauma care team in a medical center setting. This role requires you to manage complex patient acuity with a focus on critical care protocols and medication administration in an intensive environment.
