Cath Lab Technologist Job in Lexington, KY

Saint Joseph Hospital - Lexington is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist to join its Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory team. You will perform scrub and monitor duties in a high-volume, 4-suite lab that averages 10–15 cases daily, treating patients with interventional cardiology, structural heart, and peripheral vascular conditions.

Position Details

• Schedule: 4x10 days with on-call responsibilities
• Cases typically run 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM; 24/7 on-call services available
• On-call response time: 30 minutes required
• On-call duties include weeknights, weekends, and holidays
• Occasional floating to other procedural areas based on census

Your Responsibilities

• Perform scrub and monitoring duties in the Cardiac Cath Lab
• Support interventional cardiology, structural heart, and peripheral vascular procedures
• Utilize Epic and Merge EMR/equipment systems
• Maintain competence in all lab protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential
• Prior competence and experience in the Cath Lab required
• Current ACLS, ARRT, and BLS (AHA) certifications
