Med/Surg RN Job in Harlingen, TX

You will deliver direct clinical care as an RN on a medical-surgical unit at Valley Baptist MC in Harlingen, TX. This is a 91-day travel assignment with 3x12 night shifts (18:45–07:15), starting June 29, 2026. Weekly pay is $1,866.24.

Your Role

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients each shift
• Provide unit-level nursing care and delegate tasks appropriately to staff
• Support the facility CNO in delivering high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain clinical staff competency and manage resources related to patient care
• Wear royal blue scrubs per facility requirement

The Unit

You will work in a medical-surgical unit providing comprehensive patient care in an acute-care hospital setting. This role requires you to balance direct patient care with oversight of delegated duties, ensuring safe outcomes and appropriate resource use.
