Pharmacy Technician Job in Peridot, AZ

You will serve as a Pharmacy Technician in a supervisory operations role at Arizona San Carlos Apache Healthcare Center in Peridot, AZ. This is an 8-hour shift position with an 89-day contract starting April 13, 2026. You will earn $3,575 weekly.

Your Responsibilities:

• Direct, manage, and supervise daily administrative operations of the pharmacy department
• Develop operational and financial outcome measures and monitoring systems
• Implement and evaluate departmental policies and procedures
• Supervise staff development and provide timely feedback for professional growth
• Manage computer-based information and dispensing systems
• Oversee purchasing and inventory management functions
• Prepare monthly progress and operational reports
• Participate in departmental orientation, training, and quality assurance programs

Required Qualifications:

• Allied health professional degree
• Five years of professional pharmacy experience with two years of management experience
• Current and valid state pharmacy license; Arizona license preferred
• Hospital pharmacy experience required
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required; PharmD preferred with 1-year residency
• Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications preferred
• Must successfully pass background check and drug screen
