SCAHC Technician Ops Tech Lead Pharmacist

Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Pharmacy Tech - Pharmacy Tech</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Pharmacy/Retail Supervisor position with flexible days and hours (8 or 10 hour shifts)<br>• Hospital experience required<br>• Five years professional experience with two years of management experience required<br>• Bachelor&#39;s degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred including 1-year residency<br>• Current and valid state Pharmacy license required; Arizona license preferred<br>• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire<br>• Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications preferred<br>• Direct, manage and supervise daily administrative operations of pharmacy department<br>• Develop operational and financial outcome measures and monitoring systems<br>• Implement and evaluate departmental policies and procedures<br>• Supervise staff development and provide timely feedback for professional growth<br>• Manage computer-based information and dispensing systems<br>• Oversee purchasing and inventory management functions<br>• Prepare monthly progress and operational reports<br>• Participate in departmental orientation, training and quality assurance programs<br>• Must successfully pass background check and drug screen</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center providing pharmacy services to the local community.
