Physical Therapist Job in Elizabeth, WV

You will deliver physical therapy services to patients in their homes throughout Wood County, West Virginia. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Your Daily Work

• Treat approximately 5 patients per day in their home environments
• Travel to patient homes throughout Wood County
• Work alongside 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
• Use the EPIC electronic medical record system with on-site orientation provided

Patient Population

You will treat patients with general orthopedic conditions, including hips and knees, generalized weakness, strengthening needs, and cardiac rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy degree and West Virginia PT licensure
• BLS certification
• Valid driver's license (submit with application)
• Ability to travel to patient homes

Assignment Details

This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 2, 2026. You will earn $2,482 per week working a 5x8 schedule. ADEX Healthcare Staffing handles all placement and support.
