Pediatrics OR RN Job in Chapel Hill, NC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN for a Pediatrics Operating Room position at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill, NC. This is a 96-day travel assignment beginning May 11, 2026, working 3x12 night shifts at $2,274.84 weekly.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide competent clinical nursing care in a pediatrics operating room setting
• Scrub procedures and support surgical teams
• Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Assess patient readiness to learn and developmental level
• Perform bedside point of care testing as required
• Organize and prioritize care according to patient and family needs
• Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions for patient care evaluation
• Demonstrate competence in care of patients with complex problems

Required Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina RN license
• Minimum one year of nursing experience
• Trauma Level 1 experience required
• Pediatric OR experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC)
• Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from an accredited school
• Fluency in English (read, write, speak)

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN or MSN
