Job Details:

• 5x8 day shift schedule
• On-call required (some)
• Weekend rotation required with 1 weekend shift (Friday–Sunday) every 4-week schedule, totaling 6–8 days per 4-week schedule period
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience required; 3+ years preferred
• Must have completed at least 1 prior travel assignment
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Driver's license must be included with submission
• Must be willing to work 2 of 3 end-of-year holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) if all three fall within the assignment, or at least 1 if only 2 holidays fall within the assignment
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission; RTO submitted after an offer is made will not be honored
• Block scheduling not available
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
