Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Hours are flexible, either 4 or 5 days per week with end time always at 4:30 PM
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• Treat 8-12 patients per day
• Must have pediatrics experience - primary patient population includes pediatrics and inpatients
• Cover both outpatient and inpatient areas including acute inpatient, acute rehab, skilled, outpatient, adult outpatient, adult acute inpatient, and adult swing bed settings
• Common diagnoses and patient types include outpatient orthopedic upper extremity, lymphedema, inpatient total joint replacements, inpatient general medical, neurological impairments, and outpatient mental health
• 1-2 years of experience required, 3-4 years preferred
• Must be organized with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to work independently with clinical skills and problem solving
• Skilled in physical agent modality use and application required
• Familiarity with DME use and adaptive equipment required
• Ability to fabricate and modify splints for upper extremity therapeutic management required
• Ability to perform wheelchair evaluations required
• Charting performed in Epic EMR system
• Professional casual dress code; scrubs allowed
• Required certifications: BLS, MN License
• NBCOT preferred but not required
