CHS Travel:Registered Nurse (RN) / Med Surg/Telemetry- Nights (6:45p-7:15a)

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - Med Surg Tele</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM<br>• 13-week travel assignment with ASAP start date<br>• Every other weekend (Saturday-Sunday) required<br>• Must be agreeable to float to Med Surg/Bariatrics units<br>• 2+ years of telemetry experience required<br>• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS<br>• Must live greater than 50 miles from the facility<br>• Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies<br>• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment for safe delivery of care<br>• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education<br>• Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel<br>• Hold shift accountability for PCU/Telemetry patient care</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with specialized units including Progressive Care Unit/Telemetry, Medical Surgical, and Bariatrics departments.
