Job Details:

• Minimum 24 months of operating room experience required
• Proficient experience with DaVinci robotics required
• Proficient experience in orthopedic procedures including total joints required
• Proficient experience in general surgery required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Travel experience within the previous 15 months required
• Scrub experience preferred
• Work with advanced robotics equipment including DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa systems
• Maintain 1:1 nursing ratio with 14 bed capacity
• NBO guaranteed 16 hours
• Overtime billable after 40 hours per week (36-40 hrs/week) or after 48 hours (48 hrs/week)
• Holiday multiplier at 1.15x rate
• Call back rate at 1.5x multiplier with 2 hour minimum
• On call rate at $9/hour
• Charge/Preceptor differential at $6/hour
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA)
• Iowa nursing license required
• Clinical interview pre-screening required with 405 area code contact
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
