Telemetry RN Job in Tucson, AZ

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in our Telemetry department at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona. This is a float pool position, so you'll have the flexibility and opportunity to work across multiple departments and facilities within the Northwest Health System, including Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita.

Shift and Schedule

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 48-hour weekly guarantee consideration
• Six weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

Your Role

You'll provide direct patient care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients using the Nursing Process. With a patient-to-nurse ratio of 6:1, you'll apply critical thinking and scientific judgment to deliver safe, evidence-based care. You'll delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel while maintaining your clinical competencies through continuing education.

Requirements

• Active Arizona nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Cerner EMR experience

Compensation and Details

You'll earn $1,971 per week. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning April 27, 2026. Any color scrubs are permitted.
