Electrophysiology Technician Job in Austin, TX

Join Heart Hospital of Austin as an Electrophysiology Technician on a 13-week contract assignment. You will work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day, in a high-volume EP Lab setting.

About the Role

You will support electrophysiology procedures in a 1:1 patient ratio environment with 3–4 staff members per procedure, including technicians, RNs, and a supervisor. Your responsibilities include performing standard implant procedures, assisting with EP ablation cases (excluding VT), and conducting Watchman procedures. You will work with Philips equipment and document in the Meditech EMR system. On-call coverage will be required as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Allied Health Professional credential
• Minimum 2 years of electrophysiology experience
• TMB license with ARRT or RCES certification (required)
• 2+ years of scrubbing experience (preferred)
• Monitor experience with Claris (preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy lab environment with sense of urgency

What You'll Receive

You will earn $2,628 per week. Hospital-provided scrubs are included. The assignment runs for 91 days, beginning July 6, 2026.
