<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings<br>• Two shift options available: 8-hour days from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10-hour days from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM<br>• Both shifts include a one-hour lunch break<br>• Will consider Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) candidates<br>• New graduate candidates welcome<br>• ASAP start date available<br>• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Nebraska or Compact State<br>• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association required<br>• Must complete skills checklist within one year of submittal<br>• Drug screen and background check required<br>• Physical examination required within one year of start date<br>• Various immunizations and health screenings required including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Tdap, COVID-19, and TB testing<br>• Must complete competency exam with 80% passing score<br>• Joint Commission modules I, II, III required with 80% passing score<br>• Time entry required in Triage Plus no later than noon CST every Monday</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This rural healthcare facility is part of an innovative healthcare network that focuses on redefining rural healthcare delivery.
