Description

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - ICU</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM<br>• 48 guaranteed hours per week<br>• Floating to ER and Med Surg departments required<br>• No call responsibilities<br>• Holiday shifts required<br>• Blocked scheduling may be accommodated if included in submittal<br>• 2+ years ICU experience required<br>• ER and Med Surg experience required<br>• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS<br>• TNCC certification preferred<br>• Patient ratio of 1:2-3 in ICU<br>• Provide total care for ICU patients including ventilator management, titratable drips, and hygiene care<br>• Experience with ventilators, titratable drips, mixing medications, and patient hygiene preferred<br>• When floating to ER: assist with call lights, medication administration, patient transport, IV starts, and blood draws<br>• When floating to Med Surg: take full assignment of up to 6 patients or act as aide for up to 12 patients<br>• EMR system: MedHost<br>• Any color scrubs acceptable<br>• New Mexico state fingerprints required for all travelers<br>• Auto offers only - no interviews required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with a 12-bed ICU unit that maintains a structured floating system to ensure optimal patient care across multiple departments.
