Occupational Therapist

Opportunity:

OT - OT Outpatient

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (subject to vary by approximately one hour)
• 13-week contract length
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting
• Minimum 1 year of current outpatient occupational therapy experience required
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• Active California OT license required
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Occupational Therapist skills checklist required at time of submission
• 1 supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment required
• Permanent address must be included in submission file
• All licenses and certifications must be current at time of submission
