Telemetry RN Job in Fort Mill, SC

Fort Mill Hospital - Piedmont is seeking a Telemetry RN for a travel nursing assignment. You will provide direct patient care on the telemetry unit, working three 12-hour day shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on each shift
• Provide telemetry nursing care and continuous patient monitoring
• Supervise delegated staff and ensure appropriate care delivery
• Support unit-level operations and patient care management
• Maintain high-quality, safe nursing standards in all patient interactions
• Develop and maintain clinical competency of nursing staff through supervision and guidance
• Manage resources effectively to support optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with facility leadership to uphold nursing standards and best practices
