Electrophysiology Technician Job in Stuart, FL

You will work as an Electrophysiology Technician at Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital in Stuart, Florida. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 20, 2026, on a 4x10 day shift schedule. You will earn $2,648 per week as an Allied Health Professional.

Role and Responsibilities

You will support electrophysiology lab procedures, functioning as both scrub technician and room circulator. Your duties include preparing equipment and supplies, maintaining sterile field, assisting with cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, pacemaker insertion and programming, AICD insertion and programming, cardioversion, and tilt table studies. You will interpret dysrhythmias, recognize life-threatening arrhythmias, and apply isolation precautions and PPE protocols. EPIC charting experience is required.

Requirements

You must have a minimum of 2 years of electrophysiology lab experience. Cath lab, interventional radiology, and additional EP experience are preferred. First-time travelers are accepted. Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, ARRT R, CCI RCIS, and CCI RCES. RCVT and RCIS certifications are preferred. You will complete EKG and pharmacology tests during orientation, with a maximum of 2 attempts each; failure to pass results in assignment cancellation.

Assignment Details

You will work guaranteed hours of 36 to 40 per week depending on shift selection. On-call duty is required. You will float to all three Cleveland Clinic locations within 20 miles: Martin North, South, and Tradition. Block scheduling is not available. You will wear white scrubs.

Onboarding

Time-sensitive onboarding modules must be prioritized upon assignment confirmation. Modules average 6 to 15 hours and are completed before your start date and annually thereafter.
