Respiratory Therapist Job in Charleston, SC

You'll work as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a high-acuity environment at MUSC Health Charleston. This is a 91-day travel assignment offering competitive pay of $1,684.80 per week.

Schedule & Assignment Details

• 3x12 hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Float between service lines and sister facilities, including ART (part of Charleston MUSC)
• Work in Adult ICU, Stepdown, and Floor care settings
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• No on-call requirements
• Block schedule may be accommodated with prior approval but is not guaranteed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of adult critical care experience required
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Current South Carolina RCP license at time of start
• BLS and RRT certifications required
• NBRC certification accepted

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic charting system experience
• Cerner experience

• No radiation badge required
• No on-call requirements
• All requested time off must be included at time of submission
• Be aware of potential emergency response team assignment during hurricane season (June–November)
