OR Nurse Job in Florence, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room at MUSC Health - Florence, a Level 3 trauma center. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 11, 2026.

Role Overview

You will work in a 12-operating-room setting supporting general, neuro, ortho, ENT, and GYN procedures. Your schedule is 4x10 hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 2 star call (on-call until 11:00 PM) one week per month and every 3rd to 4th weekend call required. Weekend coverage is expected every 3rd to 4th weekend. The facility may call off one shift per two weeks. You will not float between service lines or sister facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in acute care operating room setting
• South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license
• BLS certification
• Strong competency across general, neuro, ortho, ENT, and GYN procedures
• First-time travelers accepted if you have broad scope of specialty competency

Facility Details

The facility uses Epic charting. Scrubs are provided. Free parking is available. You must be available for emergency response teams during hurricane season (June–November). A radiation badge will be provided by the agency. Pre-start modules (approximately 4 hours, non-billable) are required before your start date.

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,102.40.
