Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Inpatient Acute Care

Job Details:

• Work 4x9 shifts, Wednesday through Saturday with varied shift times
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• No on-call requirements
• May be required to pick up one additional shift during the schedule period
• Schedule can include weekends and holidays
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Conduct evaluations and develop appropriate plans of care through time of patient discharge
• Provide treatment for gait and transfer limitations, orthotic/prosthetic training, and comprehensive wound care
• Directly supervise staff physical therapy assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• May be required to float to other like facilities based on census and business needs up to competency level
• May be asked to participate in program development and outcome measurements in the clinical setting
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience preferred; candidates with rehab or SNF experience will be considered
• Total joint experience preferred
• Epic experience preferred
• Prior travel experience required
• Nevada PT license required
• Required certification: AHA BLS
