Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Details:

• 2 years of nursing experience required - Unit accepts first-time travelers
• Patient ratio of 1:1 during day shifts
• Float within facility/scope of practice and to Main OR as needed
• Call required - typically one weekday call every week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks
• Weekend rotation schedule will be discussed during interview
• Epic charting system experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Must have skills in cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgery procedures
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Maximum 7 days request time off allowed
• Holiday work requirements apply based on number of holidays during assignment
• Full compliance required to start on time with 2-week pushback for non-compliance
• Must be available to submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
• Two supervisory references highly preferred at submission
