CT Technologist Job in Orangeburg, SC

MUSC Health Orangeburg is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 14, 2026. You will work three 12-hour shifts per week on Fridays through Sundays, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with on-call rotation Monday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM approximately every 4–5 weeks. You may be called in for shift coverage or assistance with multiple traumas.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient, outpatient (Fridays only), emergency department, and scheduled interventional CT cases
• Administer contrast, initiate IV starts, and assist with biopsies
• Operate PACS system and document in Epic charting system
• Respond to facility call-offs (approximately 1 shift per 2 weeks)
• Participate in potential hurricane season emergency response team assignment (June through November)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of CT experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• ARRT (CT) certification and registration with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) CT certification
• Provide your own radiation badge through the staffing agency

Compensation and Details:

• Weekly pay: $2,462.40
• Uniform requirement: Teal top and black bottom
