Physical Therapist

PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical function and quality of life
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure continuity of care
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery at home
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive clinical environment
• Floating requirement: Must be able to float to clinically appropriate units as needed within scope of practice, licensure, and demonstrated competencies
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or compact eligibility required
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to new environments quickly required
