Physical Therapist Job in San Antonio, TX

You will provide physical therapy services to patients at Memorial Medical Nursing Center in San Antonio, Texas. This 13-week assignment offers you the opportunity to work in a nursing center setting where you'll evaluate and treat patients to improve their mobility, strength, and overall physical function.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Providing hands-on physical therapy services to restore and enhance patient function
• Documenting patient progress accurately and thoroughly
• Adjusting treatment plans based on patient response and clinical outcomes
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams—including nursing, social work, and physician staff—to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
