Telemetry RN Job in Lancaster, SC

MUSC Health - Lancaster is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Telemetry unit. You will work 3 shifts of 12 hours each on the night schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting June 15, 2026.

Role Details:

• Patient ratios of 1:6 to 1:7
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Float to similar units as needed
• Chart using Epic system
• Royal blue scrubs required

Compensation & Logistics:

• Weekly pay: $1,944
• Free parking provided
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Requirements:

• 2 years of nursing experience minimum
• Travel nursing experience required (first-timers not accepted)
• South Carolina license or Compact license in hand prior to start date
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
• Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Telemetry experience preferred, including dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Complete all assigned modules prior to start (approximately 4 hours)
• Attendance at staff meetings required

• After 2 unexcused call-outs, your contract may be cancelled
• During hurricane season (June–November), you may be assigned to emergency response teams
