CT Technologist Job in Alexandria, VA

You will work as a CT Technologist at Healthplex Franconia Springfield in Alexandria, Virginia. This is a travel assignment lasting 89 days, beginning June 22, 2026.

Schedule and Shift Details

• Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• 8-hour day shifts
• Weekend coverage on as-needed basis
• No on-call requirements
• Holiday coverage integrated into schedule with possible coverage at other locations
• Floating to other hospital areas as needed

Your Role

You will perform common CT studies including heads, abdomen, pelvis, angiography, and extremities. You will handle both routine and stat examinations, demonstrating strong IV skills throughout your shift. You will operate Siemens CT equipment, work with the Epic EMR system and PACS (Visage preferred), and maintain accurate documentation in Epic.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
• Active Virginia state license required at time of application
• AHA BLS certification
• ARRT-CT certification
• Strong intravenous access skills
• Familiarity with Epic and PACS systems

Additional Information

You will receive a maximum 1-week floor orientation. Black scrubs are required. You will cover all hospital areas with primary focus on the main location. Weekly pay is $3,055.49.
