Cath Lab Technologist Job in Weatherford, TX

Medical City Weatherford is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, three days per week, earning $2,322 weekly. Your start date is September 28, 2026.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform scrubbing and X-ray support for cardiac catheterization procedures in a 4-person team environment
• Support right and left heart catheterizations, peripheral and carotid angiograms, stent placements, PE/DVT interventions, Impella and IABP procedures, TEE/cardioversion, pacemaker implants, IVC filter placement, and ECMO cannulations
• Operate GE equipment in Cath Lab 1 and Philips equipment in Cath Lab 2
• Document procedures using Meditech and Merge EMR systems
• Manage 6 holding bays and 2 cath lab procedure rooms
• Assist with pre- and post-procedure patient care as needed
• Participate in on-call coverage approximately 15 days per 6-week period with self-scheduling flexibility
• Float to other departments to assist when additional hours are available

Scheduling:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday operate at full capacity with all staff scheduled. Thursday and Friday have lighter patient volumes. Expect some days to extend beyond 7:00 PM as procedures are completed.

Requirements:

• Registered Radiology Technologist (RAD TECH) credential with current X-ray certification
• Demonstrated proficiency in cath lab scrubbing and X-ray imaging
• Experience with pre- and post-procedure care preferred
