Physical Therapist Job in Muskegon, MI

Trinity Health At Home in Muskegon is seeking a Physical Therapist for home-based patient care. You will work Monday through Friday on a day shift schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts required.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
• Work with the EPIC electronic health record system
• Deliver skilled rehabilitation and mobility support to assigned patients
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in the EHR

Schedule and Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday days (5x8 schedule)
• No weekend shifts
• No holiday shifts
• Holiday rotation required
• 83-day assignment
• Start date: April 6, 2026

Compensation

• $2,259.40 per week
