Interventional Radiology RN Job in Ithaca, NY

You'll work as an RN in Interventional Radiology at Cayuga Medical Center, supporting both inpatient and outpatient imaging services across multiple campus locations. This is a 4x10 days role starting July 19, 2026, for a 91-day assignment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care services for imaging procedures
• Function as a procedure nurse, providing clinical support for interventional radiology needs
• Perform preadmission nursing assessments and testing for patients
• Deliver post-procedure care and assessment to both inpatient and outpatient patients
• Coordinate inpatient and outpatient procedures with physicians and medical groups
• Provide nursing support across CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine departments
• Participate in the Breast Navigator program, supporting breast biopsy processes
• Maintain responsibilities within the Lung Navigation program
• Establish and monitor standards of care to promote quality patient outcomes
• Serve patients at Main Campus, East Campus, and Cayuga Park Campus locations
• Link hospital services with physician practices to ensure coordinated care

You'll coordinate services across the health system's imaging departments while maintaining direct patient contact and clinical excellence. This role offers you the opportunity to work in a multi-campus setting with exposure to a full range of imaging modalities and specialized navigation programs.

Compensation: $2,978.40 weekly.
