Ob/Gyn Sonographer Job in Greensboro, NC

You will work as an Ultrasound Tech specializing in obstetric and gynecologic sonography at Cone Health – MedCenter for Women in Greensboro, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting June 22, 2026.

Schedule & Location

• 4x9 hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Primary schedule: 7:15 AM to 4:45 PM at MedCenter for Women Greensboro
• Occasional float to ARMC on Monday and Wednesday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Rare weekend float to MC Women & Children's unit for 24/7 coverage (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shifts)
• No call responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform perinatal ultrasound for high-risk patients including anatomy scans, Doppler studies, and transvaginal procedures
• Execute AIUM-accredited procedures using Samsung Hera W10 and Samsung RS 85 Prestige equipment
• Handle obstetric and gynecologic cases with emphasis on high-risk obstetrics and maternal-fetal medicine
• Perform M-mode procedures, amniocentesis, and chorionic villus sampling
• Work with PACS systems
• Average 8 visits per day

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Current BLS certification
• RDMS-OB certification with maternal-fetal medicine experience
• ARDMS and ARDMS OB/GYN certifications
• EPIC electronic health record experience
• Outpatient experience required; teaching hospital experience preferred
• Pass/fail EKG exam during orientation (2 attempts allowed)
